Multi generational travel

Planifier un voyage avec Kara a été la meilleure décision que nous ayons prise. Premier voyage dans le Sud avec toute la famille. 10 personnes au total. L’endroit suggéré était tout à fait en réponse à nos besoins (Mexique , Sandos Caracol). Parc aquatique pour les enfants, piscines et plages  pour les grands-parents 😉.

Le site était parfait, nos chambres super confortables et toutes à proximité les unes des autres. La nourriture était aussi excellente, autant aux buffets qu’aux restaurants à la carte.

Les courriels d’avant départ étaient judicieux et toute la documentation nécessaire pour le bon fonctionnement du voyage y était. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème à voyager et a nous enregistrer à l’hôtel. De plus, Kara était toujours en support à mes nombreuses questions, j’ai vraiment apprécié cette disponibilité.

Je n’hésiterai pas une seconde à planifier un prochain voyage avec elle.

Father Daughter Vacation

My daughter and I decided after Christmas that we needed a last minute sun vacation. After getting lost on some websites, I remembered Kara. I contacted her on Xmas day and she answered!  We told her our budget, our goals and likes/dislikes.  By boxing day we had narrowed our choices to 1 or 2 resorts. We had a call with Kara (which was super informative) and selected a resort that was significantly less expensive for better quality than anything we had found ourselves. 

 

After booking Kara sent really helpful tools: the airline app, parking discounts, hotel app, recommendations on diving and much more. My daughter and I often remarked how helpful her "extras" were to help us enjoy our vacation.

 

Kara checked in with us on departure day, and after the trip to ensure all was well. She secured us an amazing room right by the beach, the pool and restaurants!  Overall the trip was great and we would definitely use Kara's services for our next vacation!
